I never really write reviews on Google, but this place totally deserves my first one.

I just spent the whole day hiking at Seven Sisters and hadn't eaten a single thing since breakfast. By the time I got back to Deptford Bridge at 9 PM, I was literally starving and exhausted. I walked into this shop, and man, it was a lifesaver!

Everything is made to order and served piping hot. I ordered the Large Rock, and while I was waiting for it to fry, the owner asked if I was hungry. I told him I was FAMISHED, and he immediately gave me a piece of fried Cod for free just so I could have something to eat while I waited. I was so touched!

The food itself was 10/10. The fish was huge, super fresh, and sweet with a perfect crispy batter. Even the salad and chips were spot on. I polished off every single bit of it—it was so delicious that I cleaned my plate!

The owner and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much for the amazing food and the kindness. You guys made my day!

Great fish and chips! Probably best we ever had. Tried the Skate fish and Halibut, both were amazing with the Salad!! Would recommend smaller cuts of chips for more crisp, but great overall. Service was great as well. Highly recommend! 💯

Our first visit after seeing the reviews and it's one for the "regular visit list" now. We received such a warm welcome from the staff which set the tone really nicely. We went standard with Cod and Chips (regular portion) which comes with a tasty little side salad. The fish was really nicely cooked with plenty of flesh and a tasty batter that was crisp but not too hard or thick. A good chip is always a tasty treat and these were nicely done. To top it all off they offer home made tartare sauce which was really good with just enough zing to it. Definitely one for the fish and chip lovers out there.

I was craving a fish and chips and this place came up with high reviews. I was in Greenwich for the day and decided to try it out. From we got here the staff was absolutely pleasant and helping us immediately. I got the haddock and couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw it as places in central would normally charge double for it. Moreover Chris made an awesome tartar sauce that we were tempted to take home with us. 10/10 recommend!
